SNRKY is a free weather information service. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use it to build a competing product, scrape data at scale, attempt to reverse-engineer the snark engine, or do anything that would require us to send a strongly-worded email.
You must be a human being with reasonable expectations of a weather app. That's the whole requirement.
Weather data on SNRKY is sourced from third-party meteorological APIs and is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Forecasts are wrong sometimes. That's weather. That's also life.
Do not use SNRKY to make life-safety decisions. Do not cancel your flight because SNRKY said it would be fine. Do not evacuate your home because SNRKY said it would be bad. Do not go hiking in a thunderstorm because the snark was encouraging. SNRKY is a weather app with a personality, not a licensed meteorologist, emergency management system, or your personal risk advisor.
SNRKY is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
SNRKY displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads help keep the site free and the snark flowing. Ritual Enterprises LLC is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking an ad takes you to a third-party site; we are not responsible for what you find there.
We do not endorse the products or services advertised on this site. If an ad is offensive or inappropriate, you are welcome to report it to Google directly.

Weather data is sourced from Open-Meteo and is subject to their terms. Snark commentary is generated dynamically and is not stored or claimed as intellectual property.
You may share screenshots, snark responses, and weather cards for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't use the SNRKY name or branding to imply endorsement of anything.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ritual Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of SNRKY — including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, or damages resulting from weather decisions made based on this service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of SNRKY shall not exceed zero dollars, because you paid zero dollars to use this service.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Your continued use of SNRKY after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will not personally notify you, because we don't have your contact information, by design.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
